God Stories

The church has many stories of God's people living in relationship with each other and carrying out God's mission in this world. From time to time, some of these stories may be posted here.

Mexico City Trip May 2008

From May 8 through May 13, Pastor Charlie, Tim and Sue, and Ann went on a trip to our sister church Monte Maria in Mexico City, Mexico. Pastor Charlie was an instructor for a leadership training institute. Tim and Sue helped with child care and building relationships. Ann shared her testimony and helped with the praying for those who responded to alter calls. One of the highlights of this trip were the Spirit-filled worship times. It was also Mothers Day while we were down there and the mothers in the church were treated to ice cream after the service. The picture to the right shows the mothers waiting in line for this treat. For more photos from this trip, click on the photo to the right.
